Refund Policy
At Luulle, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return, refund, and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unassembled, and in original condition

Be returned in the original packaging

Include all accessories, manuals, parts, and hardware

Not show signs of misuse, wear, damage, or modification
All return requests must be approved by our customer service team before the item is sent back. Returns sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@luulle.com and provide:

Your order number

The product name

The reason for the return
-
Photos or videos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address if your request is approved.
3. Non-Defective Returns
If you would like to return an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or seller error:

The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

The item must meet all return eligibility requirements above

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returned items that have already been shipped or delivered
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
If the returned product is not in resalable condition, or if parts/accessories are missing, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer one of the following remedies, depending on the situation:

Luulle reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the information provided.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
If an order has already been processed for shipment or shipped, it can no longer be canceled directly and will instead be handled under our standard return policy after delivery.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Items that have been used, assembled, altered, or damaged by the customer

Items returned without original packaging

Items missing parts, accessories, manuals, or hardware

Clearance, final sale, or other non-returnable items clearly marked on the product page
8. Refused Deliveries and Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, any resulting return shipping charges, re-delivery fees, and applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund.
9. Warranty
Luulle products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Improper use or misuse

Accidental damage

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Damage caused by improper assembly, storage, or handling
