Warranty & Return Policy

1. RMA Authorization Required

All return requests and after-sales services must follow the applicable Marketplace RMA guidelines and be authorized before any item is sent back. 

2. Unshipped Items (Before Shipment)

For unshipped item returns without a valid reason, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.if requested within 30 days of the original order being processed. 

3. Shipped Items (After Delivery)

For quality or other issues, the Buyer may request a refund or reshipment within 7 days after the end customer receives the item.

If reshipment is approved, the reshipment fee will be borne by the Seller.

4. Warranty Coverage

Beginning from the date of delivery, purchased products include a 3-month warranty.

In the event of manufacturing defects, the Buyer may request a refund, partial reshipment, or full reshipment within the warranty period.

5. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to:

Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, or accidents (including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears, abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentation, or pet damage).

Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications (unless with written approval from the Seller).

Products not purchased through the Marketplace.

Products with their own individual warranty policy.

6. Special Circumstances

In exceptional cases (e.g., weather, holidays, or force majeure), processing timelines may be delayed. We will communicate updates and work toward a reasonable solution.
